- The Dubai Summer Surprises Shop, Scan & Win promotion is valid from 2 July to 30 August 2026 at Mercato and Town Centre Jumeirah.
- Customers will receive one (1) raffle entry for every AED 200 spent throughout the promotional period.
- To qualify, customers must scan their PrivilegePLUS App ID at the time of purchase.
- If the in-store scanner is unavailable, customers may scan their receipt and PrivilegePLUS App ID at the Customer Service Desk within the promotional period.
- One lucky winner will receive the 2025 Cadillac LYRIQ grand prize.
- The raffle draw will take place on 31 August 2026 under the supervision of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
- The winner will be notified using the contact details registered in their PrivilegePLUS account.
- The prize must be claimed within 60 days of the draw date. A valid Emirates ID or passport must be presented when collecting the prize.
- Mercato and Town Centre Jumeirah reserve the right to verify all entries, reject incomplete or invalid entries, disqualify fraudulent participation, and withhold prizes where misuse or irregular activity is identified.
- Employees of Mercato, Town Centre Jumeirah, participating retailers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Non-retail transactions, including bill payments, remittances, gift card purchases, and similar services, are not eligible for raffle entries.
