- PrivilegePLUS Draws are the gateway for our members to win amazing prizes throughout the year. Please find details about ongoing draws in the 'RAFFLE' section of the PrivilegePLUS app.
2. How do I enter the PrivilegePLUS Draws?
- You automatically get an entry into the applicable draw(s) for every AED 200 you spend. Simply ask the store staff to scan your App ID at checkout.
3. Where can I find my App ID to scan?
- You can find your App ID on the 'SCAN ID' tab on the home page of your PrivilegePLUS app.
4. What if the store doesn't have a scanner?
- If the store doesn't have a scanner, you can visit the Mall Customer Service Desk within 7 days of your purchase with your original receipt to register your entry.
5. Can I scan my receipts myself?
- No, a shop staff member or the mall's Customer Service staff must assist you.
6. What happens if I spend more than AED 200?
- Any extra amount you spend will be saved as a balance in your app. For example, if you spend AED 250, you'll get one entry for AED 200, and the remaining AED 50 will be saved. You can add more purchases to reach AED 200 again and earn another entry. You can track your access balance in the raffle coupon section of each draw in the app.
7. Can I earn entries from purchases at any brand in the mall?
- Yes, you can earn entries from purchases at any brand in Mercato and Town Centre Malls.
8. Do I earn entries on sale or discounted items?
- Yes, you can still earn entries even if you are buying items on sale or discount.
9. Can I transfer my raffle entries to someone else?
- No, raffle entries cannot be transferred.
10. What happens to unclaimed prizes?
- If a prize remains unclaimed after 60 days, it will be transferred to the Department of Economic Development (DED).
11. Will another draw be conducted if the winner is unreachable?
- No, there will only be one draw for each prize.
12. How is the raffle draw conducted?
- The raffle draw is conducted electronically by a DED representative at the mall on the scheduled draw date.
13. Are there real winners for the raffle draws?
- Yes, each draw has a real winner selected in the presence of a DED representative.
14. Who is responsible for selecting the raffle draw winner?
- The PrivilegePLUS Loyalty Program, managed by Mercato and Town Centre Jumeirah, is responsible for selecting the raffle winner under the supervision of a DED representative.
15. What happens if the winner's name on the app doesn't match their identification card?
- The winner's name must match the details on their PrivilegePLUS membership.
16. What is a PrivilegePLUS Instant Discount?
- A PrivilegePLUS Instant Discount is a special discount offered by participating brands.
17. Can I claim a PrivilegePLUS instant discount on sale or discounted items?
- No, PrivilegePLUS Instant Discounts cannot be used on items that are already on sale or have other discounts.
18. Will I get a PrivilegePLUS membership card?
- No, you don't need a physical card. The PrivilegePLUS app is all you need to enjoy the benefits.
19. Can I have multiple PrivilegePLUS accounts?
- No, you can only have one PrivilegePLUS account linked to you.
20. I am locked out of my account. How do I reset my password?
- Select 'Forgot Password' within the app. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address. (Please check your Junk/Spam folder if you don't see it.)
21. How do I update my details?
- You can update your account information by going to the 'Edit Profile' option under the Profile tab in the app. To update your email, you will need to verify the new address.
