PPL Terms & Conditions

• The ‘Save & Win Big with PrivilegePLUS’ promotion will be held from 15 May 2023 to 29 December 2023.
• For every AED 200 spent at any PrivilegePALUS participating brand in Mercato or Town Centre Jumeirah, customers will be entitled for a chance to enter the draw to win mix of shopping vouchers worth AED 10,000 & a chance to be 1 of 2 winners of AED 15,000 prize vouchers from Liali Jewellery.
• Customers must accumulate receipts from Mercato or Town Centre Jumeirah shops and outlets during promotion period to qualify.
• Winners will be contacted immediately to redeem their prizes.
• Monthly prize of AED 10,000 &  grand prize AED 15,000 will be given in form of shopping vouchers/gift hampers.
• The outlet staff are not eligible to claim receipts from their outlets or on behalf of their customers.
• The Mercato & Town Centre Jumeirah staff are not permitted to participate in the promotion.
• Draw will take place every last working day of the month in Mercato under the supervision of the department of economic development.
• Your participation is considered void without complete information.
• The Mercato Management reserves the right to withhold prizes if any irregularities are found.
• The prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded and for immediate consumption (60 days from the date of receipt).
• Winner is requested to present their personal identification to the Customer Service upon prize redemption.
• Prizes must be claimed within (60) days from the date that the draw takes place. Failing which, the unclaimed prizes will be forwarded to the Department of Economic Development.
• On receipt of the prizes, all responsibilities relating to voucher/hamper – lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, expired – are that of the prize winner, no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
• Mercato Management reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
