The “Eid ” promotion will run from 10th of April 2024 to 12th April 2024
- For every AED 200 spent at any outlet in Mercato or Town Centre Jumeirah, one lucky customer will have the chance to win a Grand Prize trip for two to the Maldives when shopping is carried out from 10th of April 2024 to 12th of April 2024 (12th April included):

The Eid holiday will be granted as a gift voucher for two. The 3-nights all-inclusive trip for 2 persons is offered in collaboration with Emirates Holidays. The gift voucher includes 3-night’s stay in Deluxe Beach Villa OR Reef Villa on an all-inclusive basis excluding Seaplane transfers, Green Tax Per Person and other extra charges. The gift voucher includes 2 economy class tickets on Emirates and is valid from 12th April 2024 until 31st October 2024, and with a total value of AED 19,000.

Customers must accumulate receipts from Mercato or Town Centre Jumeirah shops and outlets during the promotion period to qualify.
- If you are a Privilege Plus member scan your PrivilegePLUS ID in one of the participating shops. If the shop does not have a scanning devise visit the customer service counter in Mercato or Town Centre Jumeriah and they will assist you. If you are transacting from the mall customer service desk at Mercato or Town Centre Jumeirah you must present valid shopping receipts.
- PrivilegePLUS members using the app will automatically be entered into the mall’s other promotions, including this Eid promotion, where each point acquired will equate to one raffle entry.
- If you are a PrivilegePLUS member but are yet to download the PrivilegePLUS app, any excess spend outside of the ratio AED 200- 1 point or raffle entry registered manually at the customer service counter in Mercato or Town Centre Jumeriah mall will not be recorded or converted to points.
- The Mercato & Town Centre Jumeirah outlet staff are not eligible to claim the reward on behalf of their customers.
- The Mercato & Town Centre Jumeirah staff are not permitted to participate in the promotion.

The DED Representative will officiate the electronic draw, and the draw date is as follows:
- The draw for the Maldives holiday prize will be held on the 13th of April 2024
- The winner will be contacted immediately to redeem his/her prize.
- The customers’ participation is considered void without complete information.
- The winner is requested to present their personal identification to the Customer Service upon prize redemption.
- The Mercato & Town Centre Jumeirah Management reserves the right to withhold prizes if any irregularities are found.
- The prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded and valid for immediate consumption within sixty (60) days from the date of receipt.
- Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from the date that the draw takes place. Failing which, the unclaimed prizes will be forwarded to the Department of Economic Development.
- Upon receipt of the prizes, all responsibilities relating to voucher/hamper – lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, expired – are that of the prize winner, no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
- Mercato & Town Centre Jumeirah Management reserve the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
