DSF Terms and Conditions:

• The Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) Shop, Scan & Win promotion runs from 26 December to 1 February at Mercato and Town Centre Jumeirah.
• Customers earn 1 raffle entry for every AED 200 spent at any store in either mall.
• Customers can win AED 10,000 every week and AED 30,000 as the grand prize.
• Draw dates: 5 January, 12 January, 19 January, 26 January, and 2 February (Grand Draw).
• To participate, customers must scan their PrivilegePLUS App ID at checkout after making a purchase.
• If the store scanner is unavailable or not working, scanning can be done at the mall Customer Service Desk.
• All draws are conducted under the supervision of the Department of Economy, and winners will be contacted immediately.
• Winner must claim prize within 60 days from the draw date and must present a valid ID to claim the prize.
• Mercato and Town Centre Jumeirah reserve the right to disqualify entries with missing or incorrect information as well as withhold prizes in case of fraud or irregular activity.
• Mall and outlet staff are not eligible to participate.
• Non-retail receipts, including remittance and bill payments, are not accepted.
• Personal Identification has to be presented to Customer Service to redeem your prize.
