- The “Dine, Scan & Win” promotion will run from 21 May to 1 June 2025.
- For every AED 50 spent at any F&B outlet in Mercato Mall or Town Centre Jumeirah, including Spinneys and Monop, customers will receive one raffle entry.
- To enter the draw, customers must scan their PrivilegePLUS app ID at the time of purchase.
- One lucky customer will win the Grand Prize — a 4-night all-inclusive luxury holiday for two to the Maldives at the 5-star Heritance Aarah resort.
- The Grand Prize includes:

Two economy class return tickets on Emirates Airlines for two adults.

A 4-night stay at Heritance Aarah, 5-star property, in an Ocean Villa on a Premium All-Inclusive basis for two adults.

Return Seaplane transfers for two adults.
- The prize excludes Green Tax per person and any other personal expenses or optional activities not specified.
- The travel voucher is valid for stays between 1st May 2025 and 31st October 2025, subject to blackout dates and resort availability.
- Only participants who have downloaded the PrivilegePLUS app and scanned their ID upon purchase will be eligible to enter the raffle.
- Holiday Prize Draw: 2 June 2025 – 1 winner.
- The draw will take place at Mercato Mall and will be officiated by a representative from the Department of Economic Development (DED).
- The winner will be contacted immediately to redeem the prize.
- The winner must present valid identification to claim the prize.
- If the winner fails to provide full and accurate information, their participation will be considered void.
- Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from the date of the draw. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forwarded to the Department of Economic Development.
Mercato & Town Centre Jumeirah outlet staff are not eligible to claim the reward on behalf of their customers.
Mercato & Town Centre Jumeirah staff are not permitted to participate in the promotion.
Mercato Management reserves the right to withhold prizes if any irregularities are found.
Prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded. They are valid for immediate use within 60 days from receipt.
Once the prize is received, all responsibilities related to the voucher (lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or expired) are the responsibility of the winner. No replacement will be provided.
