• The “Eid” promotion will run from 24th March 2025 to 2nd April 2025.
• For every AED 200 spent at any outlet in Mercato or Town Centre Jumeirah, one lucky customer will have the chance to win a Grand Prize — a 3-night all-inclusive trip for two to the Maldives, when shopping is carried out from 24th March 2025 to 2nd April 2025.
• Customers also have the chance to win AED 3,000 daily throughout the promotion period.
• Every AED 200 purchase is considered as 1 raffle entry.
• The Grand Prize includes a 3-night stay for two people at a OBLU Select Sangeli OR Water Villa on Serenity Plan on an all-inclusive basis, excluding Seaplane transfers, Green Tax per person, and other extra charges.
• The prize includes 2 economy class tickets on Emirates Airlines.
• The voucher is valid from 1st October 2024 to 30th September 2025.
• Only participants who have downloaded the PrivilegePLUS app, registered for membership and scanned their ID on the app will be eligible to enter the raffles.
• Mercato & Town Centre Jumeirah outlet staff are not eligible to claim the reward on behalf of their customers.
• Mercato & Town Centre Jumeirah staff are not permitted to participate in the promotion.

• The DED Representative will officiate the electronic draw.
• The winner will be contacted immediately to redeem the prize.
• The winner must present valid identification at the Customer Service counter to claim the prize.
• If the winner fails to provide full and accurate information, their participation will be considered void.
• Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from the date of the draw. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forwarded to the Department of Economic Development.
• Mercato Management reserves the right to withhold prizes if any irregularities are found.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded. They are valid for immediate use within 60 days from receipt.
• Once the prize is received, all responsibilities related to the voucher (lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or expired) are the responsibility of the winner. No replacement will be provided.
• Mercato & Town Centre Jumeirah Management reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw, or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
