- Dubai Shopping Festival Shop, Scan, and Win promotion will be held from 26th December 2024 to 2nd February 2025.
- For every AED 200 spent at Mercato or Town Centre Jumeirah during the promotion period, customers will be entitled to one (1) entry into the raffle draws, provided they have downloaded the PrivilegePLUS app, become a member and scanned the app ID upon purchase.
- Only participants who have downloaded the PrivilegePLUS app, registered for membership and scanned their ID on the app will be eligible to enter the raffles.
- The prizes include two (2) AED 30,000 cash prizes and one (1) Jetour 2025 X90 Plus car.
- The prizes will be drawn in Mercato under the supervision of the Department of Economic Development on the specified draw dates.
- 1st Prize of AED 30,000 will be drawn on 6th January 2025.
- 2nd Prize of AED 30,000 will be drawn on 13th January 2025.
- Grand Prize of Jetour 2025 X90 Plus will be drawn on 3rd February 2025.
- The outlet staff are not eligible to claim receipts from their outlets or on behalf of their customers.
- The Mercato & Town Centre Jumeirah staff are not permitted to participate in the promotion.
- Your participation is considered void without complete information.
- The Mercato Management reserves the right to withhold prizes if any irregularities are found.
- The prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Personal Identification has to be presented to Customer Service to redeem your prize.
- Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from the date of the respective draw. Failing which, the unclaimed prizes will be forwarded to the Department of Economic Development.
- Remittance center transactions and bill payments receipts will not be accepted.
